HEATHER A. ANDERSEN, Ed.D

Heather brings to her consulting practice more than 25 years of experience as a leader, advisor, educator and consultant to individuals and groups. She works with Executive Directors and CEOs, Boards, and Senior Management teams in the areas of leadership development, organizational change, and strategic thinking, providing coaching and counsel for leaders around pivotal organizational and personal issues. Heather is also trusted as a skillful facilitator of meetings and retreats of all kinds. Her instructive, engaging style is particularly effective when strategic thinking is called for, when problem-solving is to be resolved through consensus, or when meetings are open to public review and lively discussion or conflict is expected. An accomplished motivational speaker, Heather has delivered keynote addresses throughout the United States for over 400 entities and 45,000 participants. She engages audiences with humor and a compelling presentation style of “telling it like it is”. Heather’s Doctorate in Education, with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Development, is from Seattle University. She holds a Masters Degree in Community Health from the University of Washington School of Nursing.

SUSAN SMALLIDGE

Susan has over 20 years of experience as an executive and consultant to leaders and management teams. Susan is skilled as an executive, facilitator, and coach. She combines experience as executive management in both private and non-profit sectors with expertise in planning, marketing, and operations. Her consulting work includes counsel to senior leaders and teams, organizational audits and operational consulting, board development, and consulting to those starting new businesses or non-profits. As a facilitator, Susan is skilled in working with groups seeking to bring clarity to or resolve challenging issues, from executive teams seeking to improve relationships and management processes to board and management negotiating strategic or planning issues. Her facilitation style encourages groups to get to the core of issues, clarify diverse or opposing viewpoints, and come to improved understanding, relationship and alignment. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.

JEANNIE

Isabel got her start working under Hugo Walters, Esq., director of the ABC Fashion Institute. She specializes in all things related to fashion law, whether that’s securing a trademark for a logo design or helping clients work through federal textile laws. Before joining Harris Ingram, she was an associate at fine arts practice Veronica Chin, PLLC. Isabel also represents fine artists, galleries, appraisers, and more on art litigation matters.
